PREMIUM CONSTRUCTIONS:
When you first receive one of our empty insulated bags you might feel that they are light in weight, but don’t let that fool you, because! These insulated bags have been constructed with a triple layer of premium materials. The interior lining is made from ‘High-end Food Graded PEVA Foil’ and padded with ‘Premium EPE Foam’ for a greater thermal resistance. Having the premium EPE foam protect by food graded tinfoil design it provides a quality isolation from outside temperatures, keeping your hot or cold food/beverages hot/cold for a approx period of 1.5 to 2hrs
The exterior is made from high-grade polyester, plus all edging and seams have been professionally machine stitched with close, tight, and double stitching.
TIPS:
T1: If you are using your bag to keep things cold and you want them to stay cold for longer than 2hrs, then we would recommend placing a few ice blocks or a bags of ice inside for at least 45 minutes prior to filling the bag with your preferred goods. The longer you pre-chill the bag the longer it will stay cold throughout the day. Then after you pack the bags add some ice blocks or pour ice cubes over your food/beverages.
T2: The less times you open up the cooler or hot bag the longer it will keep the preferred temperature. So never leave it open not even partially open, always sip it up tightly after opening.

Our insulated bags are extremely easy to clean. The process will take you approximately 3 minutes max to clean both bags!
Inside:
- Wipe with a damp cloth to remove any left behind crumbs, or sticky stains, etc.
- Spray the inside with disinfectant and wipe with a damp cloth.
- Leave to air dry, or you can simply towel dry if you prefer.
Outside:
- Wipe with a wet soapy cloth to remove any marks.
- Wipe off any soap with a damp cloth.
- Then dry by petting with a towel, or leave to air dry.
