EXERCISE TOGETHER AS A FAMILY:
Yes, this powerlifting bag is called a sandbag, but it does not always need to be filled with sand. If you want to teach a younger member of your family how to start exercising with a sandbag correctly, you could fill the bag with a lightweight material. We would suggest that you wait until they are 12 years or over. We would also recommend filling their bag with foam material until they and their bodies are able to get used to the correct technique.
Always remember that their bodies will still be maturing and developing. We all know that it’s far too so easy to hurt our bodies (especially our backs) if we don’t know or use the correct techniques. So it is down to you to pass on your wealth of experience.
Here are some amazing beginners to moderate to the extreme workouts for you below. Although it is extremely important while doing weighted exercise, you DO NOT lift a weight beyond your weight level.
First-timers at using a weighted sandbag? Then, we would recommend that you start on a low, easy to handle weight level until you are confident with your technique, and then you can gradually increase your weight level. It is your responsibility to know your manageable weight level. Also, it is your responsibility to know and use the correct techniques before you attempt any of these exercises!
